The worst sort of restaurateur whine is this (from Grub):

    For my money if food tastes good I get it. Granted my palette might not appreciate the finest of ingredients, but as far as haute cusine is concerned its still gotta taste good.

    There’s nothing on that menu you couldn’t find at Asian fusion restaurants across the country. And chickens feet are on any dim sum menu in Minnesota.

    I mean, really? New York critics are befuddled by a mango puree?
