    Andre is a classy “Great Chef”, one that you can
    still see on the Great Chefs channel YouTube.com/greatchefs
    and their website http://www.greatchefs.com When we filmed him
    in his restaurant in NYC, he insisted on wearing his chefs
    hat because he was concerned the city fathers would mail
    him a summons or fine him.
