award winning Vlach pork dish

David Vlach created an inspiring dish for his award winning pork entry in the Minnesota Taste of Elegance, or TOE.  Dave will represent Minnesota in the summer nationals!

You can try a variation of the dish on the new menu, “Braised pork shank lasagna, with gremolata, and mint oil”.

    I only had the opportunity to smell David’s dish – I will say that Stew’s new lasagna tastes as good as that winning Vlach pork dish smelled. Delicious!
