Okay, so he dropped a tray of hot vegetables, and he tested everything with his fingers and did not wash his hands. I must be missing something only real chefs could detect??? It seems to me he’s foolhardy and messy, which cooking school can’t change. Only harsh life lessons, like dropping your tray, and getting ridiculed in internet comments can maybe change that.
I think our shefzilla was getting a little freaked out watching the dude cram 800 pounds of fish into one 16 inch pan.

It offends my soul to see fish, food treated with such disrespect.
He eats food he picked up off the ground, if he is willing to eat that, what do you think he would be willing to serve you?

Oh yeah and he ate food off the ground while on film. Cooking school can’t teach that away either.
