new menu

Sleepless nights have set in, new menu next week, changing most of the apps, and three of the entrees, as usual I will take risks, and put things on the menu that some folks might consider, different…

The flip side is that there is a world of  folks that ain’t riskin’ nothin’.  I say put yourself out there, expose yourself, your intentions, and let the chips fall were they may…on the other hand, here are ways of doing things that ain’t so hot…
