Quickie

The week went well.  Execution at both spots was very good, some minor falters, but considering the advancements, nothing worth mentioning.  A mountain of work, and much that remains undone.

It has occurred to me a thousand times this week how incredible it is to have a business partner like Heidi.  She takes my breath away everyday.

Kids are already over the opening.  “Too boring.”  “We don’t have to go the restaurant again do we, blah.”  Both are however learning important life skills, how to seat people, how to pour water, and how to order bacon.

That’s it.  Gotta go eat again.  Hard work, but somebody’s gotta do it.
