well, how about this? Salmonella is EVERYWHERE, in the soil etc. It is not some evil thing waiting to get you. Louis Pasteur plagiarized off of a brilliant scientist named Antoine Bechamp. And Pasteur dumbed down the germ theory big time.

The very important point made by Bechamp was this-
germs respond to changes in their environment...they can actually mutate into new forms if the chemistry around them changes enough.
They get blamed for many illnesses but the truth is that unhealthy chemistry is the more likely culprit. As in, what is the diet of those chickens, is it crappy chemical-ridden cheap stuff, or real stuff more likely to be eaten by free-range chickens. Emotional and physical stress like that experienced by factory-farmed chickens also greatly affects their body chemistry, with huge amounts of adrenaline being pumped out.

So, you can see I am questioning the party line here. Also, when people get sick from eggs we have to rule out all the strong disinfectants that are now being used in large operations, to KILL the salmonella. Problem is, those disinfectants are toxic to people too.

Just look at how dogs and cats wash themselves, and tell me germs are dangerous.

Thanks for listening.

I just became aware that two old friends both raise chickens in their yards. The birds were rescued, are these chickens any less likely to have salmonella? My last dream this morning was witnessing an old Camaro spin out and smash into various signs and light posts in a rural looking intersection, the driver seemed okay , but the passenger was twitching. Earlier in the dream, I left my keys in a motorcycle, and I don't even ride one. That said, this whole food safety issue is huge, it will require action and protest from the public.
If Wright Farms was getting away with eight foot piles of crap, maggots, mice, and everything in between, it is, as usual, the people "in charge" of the farms that should be thrown off the farms, after they clean up their mess!

I care a whole hell of a lot about taste. I also care about truth in advertising, it doesn't only apply to the "bad guys".
